Children’s Book Drive

Did you know? Two-thirds of America’s children living in poverty have no books at home.

We are happy to announce a new serving opportunity in which Journey Church can participate and turn that number around. Journey Church will be participating in a “Children’s Book Drive” that will take place from July 1-31. New and gently used English and Spanish books for infants and children up to age 12 will be collected.

The United Way will accept donations Monday through Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm at 5500 6th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53140.

You may also make donations at each of our campuses. There will be a collection bin by the main entrance where the books can be placed. The United Way will collect all books at the end of the drive and deliver them to local schools in September where children are in need of books.

• Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
• Saturday 5:30pm – 7:30pm
• Sunday 9:00am – 1:00pm
