CHRISTIAN LIFE SCHOOL

Founded in 1977, Christian Life School (a ministry of Journey Church) is a Kindergarten-12th grade independent, evangelical, coeducational, college-preparatory day school in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Located midway between Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois, the 350,000 sq. ft. of building and athletic fields are on a 45-acre campus in a rapidly growing business and professional community of 100,000 people. Students from the six-county area of Southeastern Wisconsin and Northeastern Illinois commute to the central campus for a 7-hour, 9-class period school day 180 days per year.

Technology Services:
Technology services include e-mail, telephones, EDLINE Educational Portal System and video communication services within CLS.  Advanced, high-speed connectivity to the internet enables the sharing of text-based communication to remote locations. Intranet and internet services are accessible from more than 150 filtered PCs.

Library Services:
Library staff provide friendly and efficient circulation, reference, and instructional services that aid students and other patrons seeking information and doing research. We serve K-12th grades, with inter-library access to public and college libraries, internet research capabilities and a College resource center. Library holdings include 27,000 books, 40 periodicals and an audio/video library.

Fine Arts:
* Band – accepted 61st MENC National Biennial In-Service Conference 2008
* 10 Heritage Festival of Music Awards, including: 2nd Place-Heritage National Festival of Gold (Band-2004) and 1st Place-Heritage Music Festival (Band-2003, Orchestra-2006)
